Charme Wicks is not responsible for any damages done by burning your candle for over 2-4 hours or leaving it burning unattended. 

Refunds will not include the shipping costs. Any lost or damaged items will be refunded, so long as the customer can provide photo evidence of the damaged product. 

In the event of returns or exchanges, the customer must provide their own shipping label at their expense. 

All items on sale are non-refundable and no exchanges can be done. 

By purchasing from Charme Wicks, you are agreeing to provide some personal information such as your name, address and payment information.
