In order to have the best experience with our products, it is recommended that you trim the wick(s) before every use. You should also allow for the wax to liquify and cover the whole surface of the candle the first time you burn it. This will prevent your candle from tunneling. For candle safety, you should never leave your lit candle unattended or burn it for more than 2-4 hours. 

All of our cups are up-cycled, so it is quite rare that we find the same cup twice. For this reason, we cannot duplicate a candle. If you wish to have the same design recreated, this can definitely be done!

Absolutely! There is no limit to how many scents you can mix together, however, mixing more than 2 scents might compromise the quality of the aromas.

Typically, packages take 2-3 weeks to get delivered. This is not taking into account inclement weather or delays from the post office.

You should use tweezers to remove them safely once the candle has been burning long enough for the wax to be melted a bit at the top. This will allow you to remove the crystal much easier. To be safe, it is recommended that you blow out the flame before trying to retrieve the crystals to prevent injury.

If you are not satisfied with our products, you have 30 days to return them at your own expense. This means you must cover the cost of the return labels in order to ship the product back to us. Once the package has been received, a refund will be returned to your account. Please note that the shipping cost will not be included in the refund.
